AITravelHero does not operate as a governmental authority, certified research institution, travel agency, or official statistical body.
2. Informational and Experimental Nature

Outputs generated by AI systems (including translations, suggestions, or responses) are provided for functional and informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies.
3. Travel Friction Index
The Travel Friction Index is based on voluntary user submissions and aggregated observations. It does not constitute statistically validated global research.
AITravelHero reserves the right to analyze, aggregate, and publish anonymized insights derived from submissions.
4. AI Systems and Outputs
AITravelHero systems, including TocSpeak and future AI tools, process user input to generate operational outputs.
While designed to function under real-world conditions, AI outputs may not be error-free. Users remain solely responsible for decisions or actions taken based on system outputs.
5. No Professional or Official Advice
AITravelHero does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, governmental, or official travel advice.
Users should verify critical information with official sources before making travel-related decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
AITravelHero is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AITravelHero shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the website or AI systems
- Translation inaccuracies
- Travel decisions based on system outputs
- Service interruptions or technical failures
7. Paid Products and Subscriptions
AITravelHero may offer paid digital products, premium systems, or subscription-based services.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers (such as Gumroad or similar platforms).
All payment transactions are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment provider. AITravelHero does not store, access, or control payment card details.
Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
